Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Polinary (the “Service”), a lead-generation product consisting of a web application, a Chrome browser extension, and a bookmarklet, operated by Polinary (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.The Service
Polinary helps you discover advertisers from public ad libraries, organize them as leads, research publicly available contact information, and send outreach from your own connected email account. The Service reads only publicly visible ad data and only the email data you explicitly authorize through connected inboxes. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your password, API keys, and any activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all users you invite to your organization and for their compliance with these Terms.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Free trial, subscriptions & billing
- New accounts include a 7-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends and you choose a paid plan.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Contact lookups are unlimited on all plans. Other plan limits (outreach emails, seats, and workspaces) apply as described at the time of purchase. Exceeding your plan may pause certain features until you upgrade or your usage resets.
- Unlimited lookups are for your own good-faith business use. We may contact you about usage that is automated, resold, or materially outside normal use of the product before taking any action on your account.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful outreach and lead generation. You will not:
- Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR), or send outreach that is deceptive, harassing, or unlawful.
- Use the Service to access, collect, or process any data that is not publicly available, or attempt to circumvent the access controls of any ad library or third-party platform.
- Misuse connected email accounts, exceed sending limits designed to protect sender reputation, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; probe or breach our security; or overload our infrastructure.
- Upload malware or use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for the content of your outreach and for complying with the laws that apply to your messages and recipients.
The browser extension & bookmarklet
The extension and bookmarklet read publicly visible ad cards from platforms such as Meta Ads Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, and LinkedIn Ad Library, and sync that data to your account. They do not access private platform data. Your use of these tools must comply with the terms of the platforms you visit; we are not responsible for changes those platforms make that affect capture.Connected email accounts
When you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, you grant Polinary permission to send outreach you compose and to detect replies to those messages on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time from Settings, which stops all sending and reply detection for that inbox.Your content & data
You retain ownership of the leads, scripts, and other content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the contact data you collect and use.Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, and Verifalia) each governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these providers. Contact-research results are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.Provider keys you connect
If you connect your own AI or enrichment provider key, you remain that provider's customer: your use of it through Polinary is governed by your agreement with them, you are responsible for the charges it incurs, and you must not connect a key whose terms prohibit third-party or delegated use. Keys are stored encrypted and are used only to run lookups you initiate. You can remove a connected key at any time in Settings.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outreach will result in replies, deliverability, or sales.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polinary and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polinary and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your outreach content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders or in-app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
